Quality Assurance, Feedback and Complaints
The ESTI patient and training customer feedback is obtained primarily from the QR code linked to the online surveys for feedback. When completed the online surveys will automatically generate an email to info@esti.ie saying that feedback was gathered from an online/QR code source. Other feedback obtained can be from emails, phone calls, social media. The feedback is then opened and sent to the relevant person relating to their area of responsibility as outlined in the table attached to the Complaints policy. The feedback is analysed as to its nature and severity. The feedback is acted on as is appropriate in relation to timescales and any relevant actions required if any or comments are passed on to practitioner/instructor or process/procedures changed. If considered a near miss it is logged for audit/review. A follow up is completed after feedback is actioned and if required company director is informed. All ESTI courses are audited by an internal reviewer and an external reviewer. Annually ESTI is audited by a self assessment and this is reviewed by our facilitator and medical advisor and returned to our regulatory body PHECC.
